The burden will be upon the Congress
Double-agents, double-dealing, back-stabbing deception, in conspiracy with the President of the United States, to obstruct a legal investigation. Paul Manafort was and is a Russian agent.
In my opinion, Mueller should start with his sealed indictments. If the new AG, Whitaker, tries to stop the indictments, then Mueller should take it to Court.
If the Court did not decide the case fairly, it would fall upon the Congress to correct the record. The pressure will be upon the Congress to do something. Like water, they will be inclined to take the path of least resistance.
Most Americans do not wish to see Donald Trump run for President in 2020. They do not wish to experience the possibility that he may win again? They would rather he be removed from office, one way or other, before the next election, in my opinion.
