The attached Washington Examiner (....I know...) article titled "Putin loves Donald Trump" is here, and mentions Konstantin Rykov, a former Duma member for Putin's United Russia party and who the Kremlin itself deemed a "Trusted Confidant." Rykov posted a confession on Facebook just days after the 2016 election where he claimed he ran an operation from Russia utilizing Wikileaks, Cambridge Analytica and hacked material to shape US voter opinion in favor of Trump.
