Judge Andrew Napolitano just threw Trump under the bus and he did it live on Fox News. A must see.

https://www.democraticunderground.com/1017523632

Judge Napolitano was not his right wing act in this case because he threw
Trump right under the bus w/his straight forward Trump broke the law and
the SDNY and Mueller have the evidence too.

On Trump having Cohen pay hush money and it doesn't matter where the money comes from:
"If you pay me to shoot somebody than you are just as guilty as me of that crime." rough quote

I wonder if the word has come down @ Fox now is the time to abandon ship?

Napolitano gets some free rein and he has said anti-Trump things before, so this not like Fox is changing as a whole.

He's a conservative for sure but a consistent one, and he especially objects to Trump's attacks on the judiciary and immigrants.

I was in the checkout line at the local Shoprite Supermarket about five years ago and the Judge was the next person in front of me.

He mentions, regardless of the prior DoJ opinions, they have to indict before the statute of limitations runs out.

He also distanced Mueller from these charges - coming from the Southern District of New York.

FOX News website had very little coverage of the memos. So the fact this was broadcast on FOX News is doubly bad for Trump because that is where his base hangs out. And Trump will probably see it.

Fox may turn on Trump. Maybe Trump will resign. But as long as there is not enough reason to impeach Pence, Pence can run for two more terms as long as he is president for less than two years. 2 years of president Trump and 10 years of president Pence?

Would we rather have Trump or Pence running in 2020? I think Republicans would actually prefer Pence. I won't be surprised if Republicans start putting more pressure on trump while claiming the high road. Then it will be Pence in 2020.
