That vast right wing conspiracy has been gaining power for 40+ years.

Did I miss itwhen he spoke out with Hilary in 1998, and again in 2016, against this giant conspiracy?
I don't recall him being swamped with right-wing media ridicule.

In any case, it's not exactly news. Trump has been president for only 2 years, but Sanders' Republican colleagues in congress and in red states have been increasingly serving those billionaires for decades.
