Senator Richard Blumenthal just called the trump organization a "criminal organization"!
He wasn't talking about it, if indeed the trump organization is deemed a "criminal organization" and insiders (i.e., Individual 1, Individual 1 Jr., Individual 1's stupid son, Javanka) are tried/convicted of corruption, the Federal RICO Law applies (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Law)
In addition to criminal penalties, RICO has civil penalties that call for asset forfeiture! The Federal Government could seize all the trump assets.
We could be looking someday at Mar-a-Lago National Park, trump tower could be converted into the world's largest grain silo, etc.! Sounds good, doesn't it?
