Trump, his cabinet members, appointees, and family members have wasted and stolen since January 2017, he could have built his stinking wall 50 ft. high by now.

I'm sure the Pentagon could find $5 billion in their couch cushions. Just cut out a couple of needless weapons systems no one wants or needs (tanks, for instance) and you'd have plenty of money left over to fix the infrastructure (one of Trump's promises he seems to have forgot about!) of our deteriorating country as well.
