Trump Thinks His Shutdown Will Stop Nancy Pelosi From Investigating His Corrupt Regime. Good Luck...

Trump and his sycophants are ignoring the fact that Pelosi just won a crushing victory over Trump and the GOP in November. She didn't just win back the House, she curbstomped Republicans all across the country on a platform of government overand putting a stop to Trump's abusive white nationalist policies. Her mandate is loud and extremely unambiguous. When she swings that gavel, her first words are going to be a much more pleasant version of, "Fuck your wall."

At the same time, having the Democrats put so much effort into resisting Trump's most obvious symbol of racism will unify them behind Pelosi at exactly the moment Republicans should be looking to find ways to weaken her. When she inevitably forces Trump to back down, because that's the only way this ends, with no wall getting built but maybe more funding for border security, she's going to be strutting like a giant and Trump will be weaker than ever.

He is really not into walls, but in fact, shutting down as much investigations into his criminal activities and treason. Now, will our lovely corporate media look into that, ummmm, probably not.

They strike out against what they consider tormentors with acts of mindless rage and do not care who they hurt. When this monster turns on his own kids (inevitable) watch out.

My guess is you're right. It's all about how HE can benefit from the shutdown. It was never about the wall, or even the Democrats. it's always all about him.

Take your sorry fat ass to jail, Donnie. And take your sluts with you.

(BTW, that's not "fat-shaming" or whatever we're calling it now. I've been too heavy all my life, but I don't think I've ever had as ass that sags as much as the usurper)

Pelosi’s no shrinking violet. She grew up watching real-time political hardball. She’s been in this business her entire life. And she can handle and oversee more than one thing at once. Plus - this isn’t her first rodeo - not by a long shot.

SHE’S the real master of the art of the deal. Anybody who still doubts that after we all saw how quickly she rounded up enough votes to secure a return to the Speakership is just simply out orbiting beyond Mars or something.
