Why the "blame game" won't work this time.

...It is very simple. Blaming the democrats has wore off for 75% of the U.S.A. Yes, some will still believe, but that number is going down. As said before, even the week that Nixon resigned, he still had about 23 to 25 %support. So as it is with Nixon, it is with Trump. He is a worn out 45 record, a bad TV show, a flopped movie, and so on.
...By now, most know that the republican party screwed up. Over and over Trump has lied to the point that 80% or more know he is a liar. His lies have been made fun of all over the world. Trump blaming the democrats will not work. Who is the president? Who has complete control of the government? All of us know the answer. Trump has lost. Just as important, the lies will not work. Even if Trump starts telling the truth, all the time, people will not believe him.
...Finally, Trump and his small crew on the row boat, had better row very fast. If they don't, the hurricane will blow them over. That hurricane is coming in very few days. None of the old tricks will work. The blame game is over, and the real game begins next week.

the GOP is in the area of 22% , and it was the Independents that are or have all bailed on Trump.

of lies. Trump cannot even tell the truth as to what room he is in...(right now there is a thread about this particular lie...started by turbinetree. Here is a link to that discussion going on now in this forum:

.....He and his crew deserve what they get. Most of us raise our kids not to lie. Trump has done the
exact opposite. While the republicans know the truth, sometimes it seems that Trump has not got a clue in the world. But soon, he will know. He will again use the "blame game" But that game will not work. That game is dead. It is like watching early TV commercials. Some of those products are gone, some are available for next to nothing. Those commercials don't work anymore.

During the run up to Election Day,first thing that jumped out was the Party affiliation of new and existing registered voters as per our print outs of likely voters we worked with. And the first thing was new Registrations trended heavily to Democrats,Non Affiliated and Independent.

Our contacts in get out to vote groups here in the South West, pointed to one Area that really stands out. The State of Arizona really changed from GOP to a split of more Independents than GOP,with equal portion of Dems.
