Hey folks!

We are in this shutdown for awhile! I think McConnell knows this and that is why he won't put forth any bill that Trump won't sign. Why? The Senate voted on a bill that would keep the government open 3 weeks ago, but Trump said no. Pelosi said that she would sign off on the same bill and pass it to the Senate. So, what is McConnell's real reasoning? He will look awfully foolish no matter how it turns out? I would put this squarely on McConnell! Trump is who Trump is, he is always being a fool! McConnell will have to keep face to get re elected! Don't get me wrong, I would be the first to be happy to see him go, but we know that McConnell is walking a tight rope! He could fall of the rope or make it all work and open the government! Forget Trump's wall, Mitch and do your job!

Seems like legislators have the ability to override Trump if they really want to reopen government, so McConnell not even putting up a bill looks like he is the obstructionist, as usual. Maybe only a stock market crash could get McConnell and Trump to act responsibly.
