Money spent notwithstanding, pundits keep talking about this floor and ceiling of Romney support. Yes, he never drops below a certain level but he never rises above it either. It's as if he has his own private electoral limbo. It must be painful for his camp. He's not my candidate so I get to watch with academic curiosity and marvel at the spectacle.
