This $100 Million Noah's Ark Theme Park Is a Boring, Homophobic Mess

THE PRE-FLOOD WORLD

Content-wise, this area has massive potential. It shows what the world was like before the flood, which was apparently lots of people vs. dinosaur gladiator battles, human sacrifices, and people getting eaten by sharks.

But, unfortunately, with the exception of three dioramas, all of that is depicted using a bunch of pictures and text on boards stuck to the wall.

IS IT FUN ENOUGH TO CONVERT YOU TO A CREATIONIST BELIEF SYSTEM? No. I can’t imagine it would’ve taken a massive chunk out of their overall budget to make this section a dark ride or a haunted house or something.

1. Too bad. I was looking forward to the post-apocalyptic drunken onanism . . .

guess they opted not to depict the climax of the story.

2. Thankfully not. An ugly ending, no doubt.

10. You mean, there's no diorama of Noah fucking his daughters?

Well, there goes my family's travel plans for this summer.

3. I would be embarrassed if I lived in Kentucky.

Even though we have Focus on the Family in Colorado, the Noah's Ark exhibit flaunts our ignorance and bigotry. Actually, this exhibit causes me embarrassment to be American. I hope it sinks.

6. At what point do even the most devout think to themselves, "Man, this attraction really sucks!"?

.

I was frickin' ripped off.

7. The admission is outrageous.

And it's hard to believe anyone could get much out of the exhibit, Christian or not. Plus, for kids, who wants to read wall posters? If they are stupid enough to pay that much, power to 'em, I guess.

4. I'm really upset about the chicken wings.......

6 wings are $5.00 but 10 are $8.00.

8. Won't last long, once the knuckledraggers have done it, cant see them going back.

It'll be a novelty for a year or 2 and then will gradually become a boondoggle. Doesn't exactly looking like its packing them in the aisles either.

11. And guess who paid for it? Kentucky taxpayers.

Or at least subsidized it and hold all the financial risk.

What a bunch of rubes.

12. The "Genocide and Incest Park"

as it is called by some Atheist groups. They even held signs saying so outside the entrance!

The Tri-State Free Thinkers wanted to put up this billboard nearby, but no Billboard company would do it!

Ken Ham is one serious grifter.
