I just re-watched part 1 and 2 of his parks series last night as I felt I needed a little grounding. Perhaps I will continue tonight during the speech. Fitting I think...

For any who have not seen them I wholeheartedly recommend all of his series; the most recent one on the Roosevelts is rather good and helps to remind me what it means to be an American.

Guess I'll have to start watching all his documentaries-- so far I've seen Civil War and Mark Twain; I look forward to seeing more.

I believe he's made (somewhere around) 24 documentaries-- the one about Vietnam took him 10 1/2 years.

About making a Trump documentary, he said he would be interested but it would have to be 25 or 30 years in the future to allow for a different perspective.
