Congestive heart failure? Allergies? His obesity?

He is not a healthy person. It could be anything but I'm rooting for heart disease.

He's addicted to speed which is why his breathing is so heavy and nasally, it's even on his list of rx's from that weird dr. He didn't do as much as normal because the heavy sniffing is missing, but it sounds like he did a little line.

It can also cause cardiovascular disease. So, heart disease can still be a problem.

As long as it gets him out of the white house one way or another, I'm for it.
