Everyone needs to get themselves mentally prepared
Republicans have had three years to handle the tRump situation. Obama warned them, off ramp ignored. HRC warned them, off ramp ignored, McCain .... ignored, Comey ... ignored, Kelly... ignored.
The republican voter and tRump base have no real core values, no soul. So they can comfortably ignore all the conflicting actions from tRump.
They have very few off ramps left, and I am more convinced than ever that they will not take any remaining off ramp. Due to no core values, no soul, they would rather burn the whole thing down than to give in. They are trying to limit the power given to the Dems after the last election and the media is assisting by not calling out the anti democracy actions.
IMO we all need to come to the realization that they will do anything to hold power and to take out their enemies. Consider, Russia is not there enemy, Democrats are, and they will have no issue treating fellow Americans, blue states, as their enemies. We also must realize that the lack of core values makes them more difficult to change. They don't care if we end up in a Lose/Lose situation. As long as they think liberals are feeling more pain then they will allow tRump to continue. Remember tRump went down the path that Govt workers were Democrats. Works on his base, truth doesn't matter to these folks.
