Let's get this out of the way: Jacob Wohl is a fucking moron. If you don't recall the name, he's one of the two masterminds behind the disastrous plot to discredit Robert Mueller with a made-up sexual assault allegation. It's not entirely clear why he's not in jail for this other than the possibility that he's so stupid he might accidentally kill himself trying to squeeze through the bars.

Look, we get it. Kamala Harris isn't white therefor there's just no way she can be a true blue American like Jacob Wohl! 'Murika!

Unfortunately, the Constitution goddamned well says otherwise:

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

Kamala's parents could have been born on Pluto and Jupiter and arrived in the United States ten seconds before Kamala was born and it wouldn't make a lick of difference. She took her first breath on American soil? She's an American citizen. Story, end of.
