I don't understand why some of the federal workers don't just tap into their inheritance.

I mean, its not ideal with possible tax implications and all, but desperate times call for desperate measures, right?

28. there is no "obviously" in internet forums

especially now, with MAGAts and Russian trolls running amok and the POTUS screaming "you are fake news" while spokespeople speak of "alternative facts", things that might have been spoken ironically or in jest 10 years ago have become ambiguous at best

that smiley really is a big help for the people you're communicating with.

3. Yard sales work just as good.

What I dont get are the 45 million Americans who are CHEERING on the destruction of millions of their fellow citizens.

Unless they, like the KGB agent in the WH, think most govt workers are, wait for it

SCARY BLACK PEOPLE

14. They have the same IQ as donnie, around 55 or so. They think ALL crime is committed by

a certain group and ALL government workers are this group.

They are now also ALL of them TRAITORS and I actually look forward to PUBLICLY pointing at them and calling them thusly.

I'm sure that philanthropic organization could have been counted on to support the furloughed federal employees.

10. What's the problem? They'll get paid eventually

According to Wilbur Ross. Dear Wilbur, many people can't wait until some unknown date to get their pay. They need to pay their rent, mortgage, and medical expenses.

26. Most people also cannot afford to pay the interest to borrow money

Especially to borrow to cover expenses that their withheld paychecks would have covered.

Wilbur Ross just gave the 2019 version of "Let them eat cake."

I do know that a lot of people can't afford to do it. But Wilbur thinks it is no problem. He is an a$$

The service screwed up my I-9 Citizenship Verification form (put my last name in for both first and last name) and now it can't be corrected until the shut down is over and DHS is running again. Phone shut off yesterday, internet will be tomorrow. Thanks a whole bunch, life...
