1. the wall can be thought of as a stimulative public works project
but, of course, that would require careful mangement of the project which no one expects a trump appointee to do.

2. Clean public water, roads, bridges. Electrical grid...seems more of a security threat to me.
NATIONWIDE put people to work.

and that your list of priorities SHOULD take precedence.
how about the wall as an employer of last resort? a wpa/ccc type government project? |
