(20,814 posts)I first discovered him five years ago when driving through Chicago on my way to see family in Ohio. It was so refreshingly wonderful to hear such a strong, unabashedly progressive voice, one that didn't espouse toxic centrist "whataboutism" mush in order to appease the RW, and who encouraged, and gave courage to, others to do the same thing.

NorMan has a 5-part series posted on his website about the history and demise of progressive talk radio in the US. I'm going to make a point of viewing it. I hope others will as well. We progressives/Democrats are being neutralize by money and propaganda. We need to fight back on these same fronts or risk losing the war entirely.
