5. School bus minorly sideswiped his vehicle.

Asshole's rent-a-cop uniform and gun gave him the testosterone to try to pull the bus over and demand to get in. Bus driver said No ( He says he was unaware of the accident). So dipshit pulls his handgun and opens up on the wind shield of the bus.

The pacing was probably considering his upcoming loss of job and the hope of ever finding one like it, although it would have been better spent figuring out what to do with his affairs while in prison.

3. This was bizarre. He shoots the bus driver and then paces until the cops come.

I’m guessing that he thought he killed the bus driver. It almost seemed that he felt he was justified. WTF!!!
