There needs to be an investigation. He should not resign until these women are willing to be examined under oath and under the penalty of prison time if they are proven to have lied. I do not see the entirety of these statements as credible. I have some questions and I think a number of other people have questions.

12. Bernie is wrong, imo. All who say that Fairfax should resign before there

is a proper investigation are wrong. The Kavanaugh thing demanded a thorough, though speedy, investigation. That was refused. This needs one, too. Proper investigation makes it unlikely that future spurious accusations will be offered. I am NOT saying that these allegations are false. There should be a proper investigation and then action must be taken. That is my opinion.
