2. That's a fatal flaw with the Wall.

If you build the Wall a few feet or less from the border, it's possible to build any number of temporary or permanent structures like that, from which migrants can simply step or leap to the top of the Wall and lower themselves or their cargo on a rope. If you build it more than a few feet from the border, then a pregnant woman can lie in the space between the Wall and the actual legal border, and give birth to a child on US soil, thus producing a natural born citizen.

I suppose the border patrol could create safeguards against these plots, if they have the funding to do so. But if there's a giant useless fucking Wall, then all the funding's going to go to giant useless fucking Wall maintenance!
