We need to pin the tax refund issue on McConnell
I think Mitch McConnell's strategy all along has been to push as many bad policies to get Trump to sign so that he will be the person blamed when everyone realizes the impact. But the tax bill wasn't a Trump bill, it was a Republican bill. And it only passed because McConnell rammed it through. He should be the one hammered by this, but once again he manages to get away without the blame.
