that right wing media will convince his voters he's right. There is already about 500 miles of wall on the border. I'm guessing he & the republicans claim that has happened since Trump took office.

4. The President does not get to determine who gets contracts for government work!

There is a very complex procedure involving several types of bid document submissions (RFPs, RFBs, etc), and a strict bid evaluation process to decide who does work for the government.

It was put in place to prevent people like Trump from stealing from the government.

He's not the decider of that.
