I unabashedly gave $27 in recurring donation to Bernie this morning

He raised a record number of donations in the first hour since he announced. I Think we have a great group of candidates in the running but Bernie is likely to do a little better than last time.

Bernie is terribly divisive among Democrats - just see all the posts tonight.

Bernie has won the battle - the party has adopted many of his positions. By running again, he may cost us the war by reelecting Trump.

Tonight for the first time, I am seriously concerned about the 2020 election. Bernie is likely to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

It's probably a lost cause.

Bernie supporters are true-believers. When Bernie doesn't win the nomination he will go to Vermont to sulk. The disappointed Bernie supporters will blame the party. We will be told that the Democratic nominee is a "corporatist" and there is no difference between the Democratic nominee and Trump. The Party will be divided and Trump will be reelected. It's all perfectly predictable.

He is courageous and puts his money where his mouth is. He would be the best corporate/ wall street funded candidate we have and would do some great things with that power and with those connections.
