I think she knows he can't keep his mouth shut (as ordered) and then you will see some good stuff..

(5,524 posts)She could punish him for what he did. But then there would be a claim that they needed a change of venue due to the Judge no longer being impartial.
Or she could leave him on the hook and reel him in later.
The guy was attempting to Judge Shop by getting the Judge mad at him and getting her recused. She didn't give him what he wanted.

(2,849 posts)If she felt it was necessary, she clearly could have put him in jail. She put a full gag order on him, and she can still put him in jail if he violates it. Being outraged by this is silly.

Now he has to do what he hates the most, avoid the spotlight and not make a scene he can milk for publicity.
Stone didn't "walk free." He walked out with a short leash.
