He is speaking about is true that republicans in those states have reduced inmate populations and crime through reforms then I don’t see a problem with Jones recognizing that.

To a larger point about a bird with one wing he is right.

The Republican Party is not going to go away (no matter how much we would like to see that happen). They are one party of our two party system and we are going to have to engage with them in order to govern in the future (if/when they become rational again after trump) if we are going to survive as a nation and fix the issues we face today.
