Wasn't Roger Stone supposed to be in court this morning 10:00AM EST? (Original Post) marble falls Mar 2019 OP
He was. The judge only set the trial date, which is November 5th manor321 Mar 2019 #1

She set a few other dates as well.

She said she was not ready to rule on the gag order.

in that district. A judge isn't "worthless" just because they make a decision you don't like in a case that you don't know anything about.

Instead he was re-warned.

Then he violated it again.

Judge can't decide whether she really meant it.

We're not going to beat these crooks THAT way!

He was warned that he could be jailed, but that what happened to him was entirely at the discretion of the judge. She was not under an obligation to jail him, and clearly she didn't want to give him an opportunity or excuse to demand her recusal by claiming she was treating him unfairly, or to be able to present himself as a martyr. This is a judge who acts strategically, not emotionally or punitively.

I'm pretty tired of 12-dimensional chess.

I'd like to see the threat taken seriously and met head-on.

which was previously scheduled, was only a status hearing for the purpose of setting a trial date, and she stated she was going to decide on the gag order issue later.
