didn't seem to bother them when:
Someone who lost the popular vote was handed the Presidency by a 5-4 vote by an "activist" supreme court
Lied us into an unnecessary, costly war
Pissed away the surplus Clinton left him by slashing taxes for the wealthy and not funding his wars of choice
Basically wiped his ass with The Bill of Rights (Orwellian named; Patriot Act)
I could go on, but I need a drink
