Norm had to quit broadcasting a few weeks ago because he'd already lost $2M in nine years. He was my favorite and he always saying Tom Steier, et. al., could do a lot more good by buying up Clear Channel and promoting progressive talkers.

So it’s repeal didn’t make as much difference as you think except maybe for RW talk broadcast radio. And I assume you mean fairness doctrine not equal time

News Corpse used to have an ownership stake, but that was sold off. Kudos to Sky NZ and I hope the Australian broadcast regulator (ACMA) throws the book at Sky News Australia.
