I think I know why Spanky hasn't tweeted yet

What if he demanded to see the Report - and since he can't / doesn't read well, he's sitting around waiting for his staff to tell him what's in it?

With no more indictments apparently coming, Spanky should be tweeting how he's cleared right now. It's weird he hasn't. I think its because they're busy poring over that Report.

Betcha we'll all wake up to a torrent of tweets!

The report or supposed report isn't the end, it is the beginning of the next chapter. The reporting (no pun intended) has been very misleading since the media coverage started about the Mueller report. Some people think this means Trump is in the clear but that's not the case.

i believe he just said that yesterday. There's no way he would have said that unless he had a clue as to what was in it.

He was probably told Barr can't give him much info on this and on top of it, would need some time to digest it. So to avoid tweeting unhinged....golf.
