This is nothing new. She pandered when she kept the Confederate flag on the statehouse grounds for six years. She pandered by having it removed. She might be angling for the VP job, but more likely, she's just being a good, little republican soldier. This is just the same bullshit the rest of them are spewing, so one should probably not read too much into it. One should be far more concerned about the "If you repeat a lie often enough, it becomes the truth" tactics.
