he will pardon everyone except Cohen before leaving office in January 2021 or 2025. He will also issue preemptive pardons to many in the administration to protect them from any future federal investigations.

I wonder if he can convince Pence to pardon him if he resigns a couple of days before the inauguration and makes Pence President?
