He literally appointed himself to make the decisions about Trump and end it with a four page letter that does not make one complete quote of the Mueller Report.

He also said that Barr wrapped up the investigation pretty quickly and he said it is unprecedented the moves that Barr is making. They will not let him off that easily. Major fight is coming.
