...is the report and Barr’s summary don’t say the same things. Barr was brought in to protect Trump. If it turns out the summary (which I think was written before the report was turned in...the names of the two Russian organizations are well-known so no stretch there) this will turn into “Barr falls on his sword for Trump” and Barr, quite understandably, doesn’t want to do that.

9. Apparently there is a legitimate need to scrub the report of any grand jury information. There are

strict laws about what can be provided to the public from grand jury hearings and it's close to nothing. That being said, with all the attorneys at Barr's disposal it shouldn't take very long to accomplish that.

8. At this point I don't even trust Mueller

There is a piece of me that will not trust Mueller. Although I think it is highly unlikely there is a part of me that feels like we have been catfished all along.

First it starts with many of us elevating Mueller to exalted status.
Then the Report is finished and summarized and we are told nothing happened.
Then we complain that the full report hasn't been released.
Then they will release the edited full report.
And we will complain that the unedited report hasn't been released.
And don't get me wrong we should be doing all of that. We ABSOLUTELY SHOULD.....

But what happens when they finally agree to releasing it and Mueller didn't provide the report that we thought he did? And now it is months from the election.... and we put all the eggs in that report basket.....


We are doing everything that we should.... provided Mueller really did play it straight. I have no reason to doubt him other than he is a republican. I sort of feel like that is enough.
