From what I've seen since this all hit, he has a penchant for putting his nose in womans hair and or "nuzzling" Google it.
Since there is ample photographic history of him doing this sort of thing I don't find it incredulous when two woman come forward and say that it happened to them.

It is, IMO, one of his quirks.

5. The term "nuzzling" has been widely used to describe some of those photos that have "somehow"

swept across the internet. That is no accident, IMHO, because the term has a rather vague "possibly but not necessarily" sexual connotation. My dictionary lists synonyms as "snuggle, hug, embrace and lie close to"

Take a look at the source of some of those photos. The one of Biden and Mrs. Ash Carter was one frame of a very brief video clip showing him behind her with his hand on her shoulders and whispering into her right ear. The occasion was Ash Carter's swearing in as President Obama's Secretary of Defense. According to HER, Mrs. Carter, the Bidens are old friends and Joe whispered "Thank you for letting him do this" which she "greatly appreciated".

I know there are other photos. I believe they are just as "damning" as the one of him "nuzzling" Mrs. Carter. As for Ms Flores, there is more reason to believe that her statement was a scripted hit job than there is to declare it a sincere report of being violated. If that makes me a "neanderthal" in the opinion of some, so be it. I'd rather be right than liked.
