USA: home of the smartest people on the planet and stupidest people on the planet

I wonder, if there was a way to numerically score intelligence (not IQ, some sort of score that took into account intelligence, awareness, judgement, etc) and scored everyone 1 to 100 or something. Obviously that’s pretty much impossible and subjective. But if you did and looked at the average score and the median score how different the scores would be. Presently it feels like there’s clusters at each end of the spectrum.

And I’d want to have politics somehow neutralized in the scoring because much of that is based on opinion and emotion.
