gerrymandering, disenfranchisement of felons, disproportionate representation of red states in Senate, to name a few. The field is very slanted against the people.

7. Congress can enact new laws immediately to counteract all but the first two.

Those laws will help states pass the popular vote compact in time for 2024, thus neutering the EC. States controlling elections is the one item in your list that cannot be changed as 3/4 of the states would never approve the necessary amendment.

All of the others are fair game for immediate action.

15. Senate

Each state gets two senators, period. Constitution makes this the only thing that can't be changed by an amendment. Right now 50% of the population lives in just 8 states. By 2040 it is projected that 70% of the population will be in just 15 states. The senate will always be under disproportional representation of a magnitude that could bring on revolution. It was never intended that this provision of the constitution be able to give majority control to that small of a minority. When it was 13 state, there weren't enough "small" states to create this condition. Now, there are so many small states, they can get overwhelming control of the senate. It affects presidential elections too, although that is fixable. But the senate is not.

13. To start with, we can expand the size of the federal judiciary.

It's overloaded even at full strength, so add more judges. We can add DC, Puerto Rico and Guam as states to reduce the Senate disadvantage. We can increase the size of the house to reduce the effect of gerrymandering and the electoral college disadvantage. We can pass a voter rights act to reduce voter suppression. We can rewrite environmental laws to make them harder to tamper with by executive order.

8. By full control you mean the Presidency,Senate and Congress?

If that happens we must get rid of the legislative filibuster. Republicans have gotten rid of every other form of filibuster whenever it suited there purposes so we do don't owe them the courtesy of preserving the legislative filibuster. With the legislative filibuster abolished we then reform the supreme court and finally to ensure the changes we make are lasting we work to make every inhabited U.S. territory a state. Not just Puerto Rico and D.C., but all of them.

The ruinous laws republicans have been imposing for years. Stop trying to build off the piles of shit republicans have been stacking up and take back what republicans have been screwing out of people for years.
