Although I'm not religious, that thing is certainly the human embodiment of unmitigated EVIL.

That entire hallucinatory scare-story fits Dump to a tee: a “hypnotic” power over the gullible, the demand to be worshipped unconditionally, the lack of empathy, no animals in his presence, consorting with global criminals, making the claim that he’s the only one who can fix things, the mysterious wife from another land, the lust for his daughter, his mania for being the complete asshole from hell, inciting violence, etc., etc.
