I think he believes it is up to Congress to impeach the asshole.

I don't know that he believes that Trump and traitorous repukes are a significant enough threat to the nation that he will violate his own personal integrity.

Correct me if I'm wrong and Rachel mentioned in her show last nite that Barr said "Mueller could release the report and that could be unfortunate". So does that mean Mueller can release it? She was going to look into it more. Now THAT would be a hoot.. Barr would be off the hook so to speak if the onus was on Mueller.. right?
