Life is not fair and nice guys finish last. That suck for his poor family. I lost my dad 10 days ago and I now have empathy.

Did he develop sepsis? Did something go wrong with his anesthesia?

His poor family. It sounds like he was a really great man. We need more people like him: caring, generous, and brave.
