Even Kushner, who is not a blood relative. All Ivanka would have to do is bat her eyelashes at Daddy, and he would quickly issue a pardon.

if I've seen anything the last week or so, it is that they would simply ignore it.
Laws don't apply to Republicans anymore, it would seem.
And our side can't do anything but demand things that they have no reason to do. What happens if they defy a congressional subpoena? Nothing.
What happens if they are indicted and just never show up? Nothing.

Best to not even fool around with federal indictments and allow the states to do it instead.
