5. I suspect money will be coming in from all over.

I also suspect they will need alot more than 100 million to bring it back to life

Sad day indeed for France and all of us who cherish historical beautiful wonders like Notre Dame. But I suppose it could have been worse.

So, yes, this is a minuscule down payment, generous nonetheless.
