If this report exonerated Trump at all, Barr would not be speaking. He’d simply let the report speak for itself. This report will be devastating for Trump.

9. In a way he did...

when he talked about just how hard it was for trump in the early days of his administration, with all the eyes on him and all of the questions from that speculative media. That just made it soooooo hard for trump in the beginning and he was justifiably frustrated trying to get his agenda started.

He did everything but say "can we just stop for a moment here and have a sad for the president..."
