when he talked about just how hard it was for trump in the early days of his administration, with all the eyes on him and all of the questions from that speculative media. That just made it soooooo hard for trump in the beginning and he was justifiably frustrated trying to get his agenda started.

He did everything but say "can we just stop for a moment here and have a sad for the president..."

Classic narcissistic move - trump trying reframe himself as the victim here.

Trump has to know there will be no way to spin the report after it’s been released so he sent his buddy out to preemptively cover him.

If this report could be remotely interpreted as clearing Trump, Barr wouldn’t be speaking. Why would he?

...I personally care little about what this redacted republican report has to say...

...most of us know trump colluded with the Russians and obstructed justice, and it really doesn't matter how much the pukes try to whitewash it...

...the question is, "..what's our side going to do about it?"

The more Barr speaks, the worse the report must look for Trump.

Flat out, no reason for Barr to talk at all of the report wasn’t terrible for Trump.

If Mueller were up there, this would be a done deal. The country could move on from the report. This is making the divisions in the country worse (Which is exactly what Trump wants).
