I just sped through the document. You can read for yourselves. I think there's some very interesting items in there. Just a note-Don McGahn wanted to be like "Judge Bork" and not "Saturday Night Massacre Bork". Ha!

I'm not sure if the lock is sophisticated or not - it just opened for me, and there are 0 instances of "the" in the document. It is likely as simple as converting images to text - but annoying, and I'm sure designed to intentionally make it harder to read quickly to respond to Barr's vanity party this morning, nonetheless.
