The evidence we obtained about the president's actions and intent presents difficult issues that would need to be resolved if we were making a traditional prosecutorial judgement. At the same time, if we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgment.”

10. "OCR" is a character recognition process that enables you to

search a pdf for a term or phrase. For example, if you want to find all instances of “obstruction”, after you OCR the report, you can put the word in the search box and find them.

5. An OCR isn't going to get the redacted versions, this isn't the Mueller report when we can't read

9. MSNBC keeps complaining it's not searchable...

It's really easy to "Recognize Text" (or OCR) in Adobe Acrobat.
