Um....maybe the thought process is that the Madman thinks Americans won't bother to read the report?

Not even the redacted version?

Because Americans are by their nature lazy and don't like reading?

And next week they'll be too busy thinking about what players their favorite football team will take in the draft?

Many people only watch fox and listen to rightwing radio and they will not report on anything that does not support what they want their base to believe.
