Why is time a factor here?


If Mueller was given a shut down date would time be a factor. I'm thinking yes but I'd like to hear from you

...and were willing to tie that point up in litigation as long as possible.

That, plus the whole "harassment" argument and the spector of Mueller somehow being fired before he could finish the investigation, makes this "delay" concern understandable, I think.

but I interpret as...Mueller thought they would stall and drag it out until forever and Mueller's report would/could not be released while it worked through the courts. Mueller probably thought it better to get the info out there instead. Or, not.
