Question: Can Democrats in the House continue the Mueller investigation

in some manner? Can they create their own special investigator office? Or do so under the auspices of the House in general?
Could it be done under one of the committees?
If so, could they hire some of the same investigators that Mueller used?


No doubt Mueller's investigation got cut short and there is probably much material still to be tied up.
