This is It!
How on earth did Barr construe this as "Mueller found no evidence of obstruction of justice"? Barr must be held accountable for his lie. And Congress must continue to investigate Trump.

1. Why would Barr say this
at a press conference knowing that an hour and a half later everyone would learn it was the opposite?
It is just so weird. |

3. He said that because
All the trumplicans will take that as gospel and not read the report and call it "fake news" if they hear differently.

7. cheetolini's followers are low volumn sorts that like cut to the chase sound bites. Truth and facts
are not even secondary considerations, actually any fact and truth are purely co-incidental.

19. I think the Con wrote the opening part of Barr's statement
It sounded just like the goofy doctor's medical report which the doctor said the Con wrote himself

6. If you lose your law license, you can't be atty general.
Attys are sworn to avoid even the appearance of impropriety or any behavior that impunes the legal community...(or something like that)...see any John Grisham book.

8. Agreed.
Having heard Barr's news conference and read the Mueller report, it is clear to me that Barr has decided to be Trump's lawyer and not the Attorney General. He should be impeached. If the Senate does not vote to remove him, that will be on the Senate.
I starting to budge off my position that Trump should not be impeached lest an acquittal in the Senate would help Trump's re-election campaign. I am not there yet but I'm moving. If Barr was removed by the Senate, it would be a good start toward removing Trump. If Barr is not removed, little harm would be done. |

12. One of Trumps lawyers on CNN
Was going on and on about how they didn’t find anything to indict him for because Mueller didn’t specifically say so. Person on CNN said what you did about how Mueller didn’t clear him and he just kept repeating same thing.
So did other lawyers for Trump Gulliani. Going to be a big spin from them and they are so good at it it worries me. |

13. And the logjam that is Mitch McConnell, if broken or if he died suddenly, would open the damn
to impeachment of both tRump and equally guilty Pence, not to mention just about the entire GOP in both houses.
If you're a republican today, be forewarned, we look upon you as a traitor, an anti-patriot to the United States. |

14. " if he died suddenly."
'Tis a consummation devoutly to be wished. Either McConnell, or Trump, or both. Throw in Pence for good measure.
