couple of knocks on Mueller

A guy on Chris Hayes last night brought up a couple of things he totally disagreed with. First, he noted that Mueller didn't bring in the principles. He didn't try for Trump, Jr, Ivanka or Jared. He wondered how you'd feel if you were Flynn, Manafort or the others, going to prison, when the main characters were not even questioned.
And as for indicting the president, he brought up that the "no indict" is not a law, but a guideline. He said Mueller is such an institutionalist that he didn't want to rock the boat. He made the analogy that if you were driving a bus that had been wired to blow up if you went below 55 mph, and the speed limit sign said 40, Mueller would go 40, knowing that it would blow up the bus. I thought it was a good analogy.
I may not have expressed his points perfectly but you can listen to the podcast.
For some reason, his podcast isn't up yet. I assume it will get there sometime.

1. Yes, I caught that on Chris Hayes last night too.

I believe you are referring to Elie Mystal from Above the Law?
While I still give Mueller the benefit of the doubt as to why he made the choices he did - Mystal does make some good points in this article....
